Social Change in Agriculture
Course Description
The goal of this course is to facilitate an understanding of how people accept or reject change and how society and agriculture interface through agencies that serve agriculture. Rogers' change theory is used as a vehicle for understanding how government and private agencies work toward a safe and secure food and fiber supply.
