AGLE 5303: Foundations of Leadership Theory
Course Description
During this course students will study leadership theory including definitions of leadership, a history of modern leadership theory and current trends in leadership practice and research. Students will discuss models of leadership including contingency models, situational leadership and transformational leadership.
