Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom Vegetable Creatures carrots cheese spread peanuts   The Blob Trim and scrape carrots Lay carrot on cutting board, and cut it in half, once crosswise and once lengthwise. Dip the carrot pieces into the cheese spread. Push peanuts into the cheese spread so they look like eyes. 4-in sections celery (washed and dried) peanut butter raisins Bugs on a Log Fill celery sticks with peanut butter. Press raisins here and there to represent bugs. celery, cream cheese or peanut butter small pretzels licorice Celery and Pretzel Butterflies Cut a small slice of celery to form the body of the butterfly. Spread cream cheese or peanut butter inside the stalk of celery. Add four small pretzels for the butterfly wings. Add two licorice pieces for the antennas. one bell pepper cheese spread sliced olives One-Eyed Monster Cut the bell pepper in half, and remove the seeds and membrane. Cut each half into four wedges. Spread cheese spread on the wedge, and place an olive slice in the center.
